Apple Kuchen

From Melissa, another yummy dessert:

1 Yellow cake mix
1 ½ tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. coconut
1 1 ½ large apples cut up
3 Tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/3 c. sour cream
1 egg

In 9x13 pan combine cake mix, coconut, margarine until crumbly. Put into pan. Arrange apple wedges on top. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over apples. Whisk together egg and sour cream, drizzle over top of cake.

Bake at 350* for 35 minutes
