Shay’s Mom's Roasted Chicken

Put a whole chicken in a roaster bag in your roasting pan. Season well with poultry seasoning. (or salt and pepper to taste) Cut up potatoes very thin…and carrots. Top with 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Close bag and cut a slit in the top. Bake at 350 * for about 25 minutes per pound of chicken. It makes it’s own gravy and has such good flavor! YUMMY!
