Sour Cream Almonds

Great for the holidays!

6 c. sugar
1 pint sour cream
*Cook until soft ball stage

2 T. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
Mix in 5 lbs raw almonds. Stir until well coated then spread on waxed paper and break apart as they cool.
