Wonderland Pancakes

These always turn out light and fluffy.

2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
In a bowl beat together the egg, milk, and oil. Stir in the dry ingredients.
Makes about 12 pancakes
