Grandma DaBell's Potato Salad

This is a recipe that Grandma gave me a long time ago.

1 cup miracle whip
2 tbsp vinegar
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp pepper
4 cups cubed potatoes (5-6 medium)
1 cup sliced celery
½ cup onion (chopped)
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Combine the first five ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill.

(If the dressing is too thick, you can always add 1 tsp of milk at a time until it’s creamy). I also have added pickles and/or chopped olives to this recipe.
