Taco Chicken

This is a favorite Weight Watchers Recipe.

1 lb chicken breast or tenders (can be frozen or thawed, doesn’t matter)
1 can of chicken broth
1 package of taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz) can of green chilies

Place chicken in crock pot. Pour in taco seasoning mix and green chilies. Pour in chicken broth, covering chicken, but not too much if frozen chicken because it will become soupy. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours. Chicken will shread apart with fork. Can serve in enchiladas, tacos, salads, etc. This is a yummy and low-fat recipe.
