Poppyseed Chicken

I made this last week when Bryan's parents were here and they loved it! It was delicious and easy to make.

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp Poppyseed
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
5 Tbsp butter or margarine

Mix chicken, soup, broth and sour cream together. Pour into casserole dish. Crumble crackers in the sleeve. Melt butter and mix together with crumbled crackers and poppyseed. Pour this mixture over the top of the chicken mixture Cook at 350 degrees until bubbly about 20-25 minutes.
